Our Distance runners, both at the high school and youth levels, participate in regular time trials and races to help them set goals, improve fitness, and increase motivation. Time trials are 1mi to 5K in length and take place during normal practices. Regular use of time trials helps each runner see the progress they are making and informs the coaches about how to guide each runner to continued development.
Time Trial and Race Results will be posted and updated on this page. The time trial results are updated after each event and sorted by finish order of the most recent result.
