Mission Statement
Teaching and training today’s youth of every ability level, building lasting friendships, promoting good health, and encouraging participation in the worthwhile pursuit of effective running.
Our Services
Our 2022 session will begin on January 10. Practices are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays each week. All of our runners may attend as many sessions a week as they would like.
We welcome runners of all experience and ability levels. We offer training sessions for distance runners of all abilities. We also train to compete in Youth and Community races.
Our Training is broken down into 3 seasons: Fall Cross Country, Spring Track, and Summer Conditioning

Our Coaches
Our Coaches are some of the best that Orange County has to offer. Their ability to teach and motivate young runners has helped mold state champions and life-long runners alike. Our coaches will help put your runner on a path to success.
